Every change to a control parameter — suction pressure set points, defrost timing, alarm thresholds, alarm inhibits — is recorded here at the time it is made. One record per change. If it is temporary, it needs the date it goes back to normal.
Required unless the intended duration is Permanent. A temporary change with no reversion date is how an alarm inhibit gets left on.
